What a joy to discover a meeting place for kindred spirits. So I ought to tell you something of myself.
In my lifelong search to discover "truth" I have discovered myself and the complexities of this amazing Universe.
I belong to no specific religious persuasion but am still a seeker after truth and connect more with the buddhist teachings at present. A suppose I am my own religion.
I love the countryside and woodlands in particular being more a forager and ambler than rambler. Nature offers up such valuable gifts. Nutrition and energy healing have been my driving passions, sowing, growing preparing, eating, sharing and studying the healing benefits of food as medicine.
But I also adore and couldn''t live without music. Being a sixties rock chick, a mod and a paisley hippy my favourites are Zeppelin, Cream, Hendrix, Deep Purple, Free, Bad Co., Small Faces, Doors, Who plus blues, the old R & B, Soul, Motown, some pop, classical music and much more. Yep I'm one of the few still left on the Planet who saw the Beatles. (I was very young of course).
I love dancing, gardening, writing, reading and meeting with friends.
