I am a warm hearted caring man seeking caring, independent minded woman for LTR.
I am a practicing Buddhist (Karma Kagyu Tibetan Buddhism) and have a regular meditation practice although I rarely go to teachings.
I try to live my life as ethically as possible and be a good role model for my kids. I have two boys age 12 & 10 that I originally fostered with my then girlfriend.The boys arrived on a 72 hour Emergency Police Protection Order with literally the clothes they stood up in (and not much of that either) when they were 6 & 4 and never left! We both have guardianship over the boys.
I share my flat with my boys and my ex girlfriend. Everything is above board and no secrets. I am happy to share more with message exchanges.
For the last 20 years I have been trying to ground myself in my body using 5 rhythm dance which I love and has given me so much. I am a qualified massage therapist and I have done the 1st year shiatsu training. I hope to return to this one day when my boys are a bit older.
I work as an 'Access to Records Social Worker'. I support people who have been in care access their former care records. It is the first time in about a decade I have not been working in youth justice.
My ideal date would be that we dared to be spontaneous and laugh a lot.
I feel quite exposed putting myself ''out there'' but I am sure that I am not the only one.
