Hello - some words about me. I love singing, dancing, laughing - also quiet and reflection. An open fire, a country walk, a good book, easy compatible company, an adventure abroad.
I like and respond to openness (as I see so much in my two young grandchildren!) - openness to life, to differences, to new experiences, to beauty (whether in art, music, or of the spirit) to the present moment. I meditate (regularly) and practice Qigong (fairly regularly!) which I think and hope keep me alive, light and aware in my shiatsu practice, and in life generally - fairly fit too.
Above all, I suppose, I value closeness, which I have and am so grateful for, with my family (two partnered daughters, each with a young child) and friends, but there are moments/experiences I feel I''d like to share perhaps with someone special.
