I am moved by music. Some music (e.g. cello and voice) can soften my heart and touch me deeply. As an amateur, I enjoy free singing and I improvise on the clarinet. My approach to music is more heart and gut feeling rather than intellectual.
i enjoy my work at a local clinic as a bodymind therapist, helping people to be more at ease in body and mind. I trained in many different therapies, but have developed and now follow my own unique treatment approach.
I do yoga everyday and enjoy walking in nature, amongst trees, sea, lake mountains. plants and flowers.
I live in Stoke Poges, near Black Park with its attractive tree-fringed lake and mixed woodlands, and also near Burnham Beeches.
I am nourished by human creativity of all kinds, and enjoy going to art exhibitions (sculptures and modern art), music concerts (especially chamber music, small groups and preferably without electronic amplification) and contemporary dance performances (e.g. Sadler's Wells and The Place theatres). I am only about 30 minutes by train from London with its city attractions even though I prefer natural countryside surroundings.
I enjoy going for holidays in the Mediterranean and to Madeira, and am open to exploring other places.
I have a light-hearted, deep and wide, enthusiastic approach to life and can laugh at myself kindly.
