I am truly privileged to be a psychotherapist and teaching fellow - challenging and rewarding in fairly equal measures.
I endeavour to tread as gently as I can on the earth and the philosophy of mindfulness has enabled me to develop a closer relationship with nature (isn't the birdsong just wonderful right now?).
I love heading off to a local lake for an uplifting walk with my rescued greyhound. I've lived in Pembrokeshire and when/if (!) the summer arrives, you will find us breathing in the sea air at Freshwater West.
I enjoy singing in groups and I'm a Shared Reading facilitator with the Reader Organisation. I also cherish moments of personal space to reflect, recharge and to embrace new opportunities.
I really miss having a playmate and I hope that Natural Friends will create a pathway to a meaningful connection.
