I'm someone who is happiest out of doors - and preferably near the sea. Looking for someone to have fun with, explore the coast, hills and countryside and to spend time challenging and indulging ourselves together in various ways.
Active environmentalist so not into jet setting holidays or cruises. I recently spent two years travelling around the UK : it felt a privilege to be able to spend time in the more remote parts of these beautiful islands and swim and hike in wonderfully varied locations from Shetland to Cornwall.
Emotionally close to my children and grandchildren but we are geographically separated so rely a lot on FaceTime and messaging.
Enjoy cooking, being cooked for and meals out. Enjoy walking, especially if combined with a swim or with foraging. Meditate and aim to maintain a focus on appreciation.
Have visited naturist beaches and would like it if that was a shared interest.
Am an upbeat person; life has thrown a fair few curved balls at me and I'm still standing!
Although I am more naturally a rural person I've recently settled in Bournemouth and am enjoying having the sea on my doorstep and being able to live car free (for now at least...).
