I am on an adventure, a journey of self-discovery, a dive into joy and bliss, opening to beauty, softness, the divine feminine. I'm sensitive, caring, loyal, happy, optimistic, mostly very confident and outgoing but occasionally shy, playful, tactile, affectionate, stubborn sometimes, intelligent, aware, emotionally mature - sometimes grumpy but not for long. I can laugh at myself and not take things too seriously. I work too hard at times and also love to do nothing but look at the trees and the sky. I have had my own businesses as a therapist, facilitator and holistic health teacher and practitioner. I have had a freelance corporate career in IT finance too though am on a break from that due to burnout and open to other new possibilities away from the corporate grindstone. In 2010, I took a 6 months sabbatical in Hawaii and stepped out into the unknown - so my friends say I'm courageous and inspiring. I still love to make time for creativity, play and fun and exploration.
