I am sociable and get on well with other people from all walks of life and backgrounds , but I can be equally happy with my own company.
My work involves teaching and helping charities to become more effective including gaining access to funding . I am interested in personal and spiritual development and the link between personal change and wider change in society which is increasingly the focus of my work .I read widely , on lots of topics , I recently got a lot out of A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle which I thought was more interesting and insightful than his other books .
I love deep and meaningful conversations but also have a GSOH and can be light hearted and and try not to take life too seriously .
I like good mainstream and art house /foreign language films ,Scandinavian tv dramas . I like  walking and being in nature ,this last year I decided to do  some traveling which has included Northern Ireland , the Outer  Hebrides and Hawaii  ( I am clealy overdressed for the location on the attached photo )
Initially I am looking to establish a good friendship
