I'm a 58 year old female, looking for friendship of either sex. I live in the Lake District, I love being in the outdoors and especially walking the fells with my two dogs....I work part time in our local village, and enjoy lots of free time, living a simple life style.....living and eating and thinking healthily are important to me!. I used to teach yoga, but now just have my own daily practise. I also spend time in daily meditation....in fact my whole life feels like a meditation and celebration of the Divine! I am fun loving, in a gentle way, compassionate , caring and sensitive.....honesty and open communication are very important to me, in all my friendships....Autumn is my favourite season, especially those cold, crisp days, filled with beautiful rich colours, and lots of leaves to crunch through! I also enjoy the cinema, occasional dining out in cosy, atmospheric restaurants, and using all that life sends me , to remember the Truth of myself
