I'm a simple country lad at heart living in the Lakes. I'm 54, but still have my hair and teeth! I eat healthily - prefer organic where poss - and keep reasonably fit. I'm vegetarian, not vegan, but animal welfare is so important, vital, in fact. As much as I can, I support the good work of Compassion in World Farming.
I enjoy swimming, lovely saunas and long walks in this stunning Middle Earth! My life's indulgences are fussing with my two classic BMWs - ok, so not so environmentally friendly, but as long as they're both hauled-up, they're both carbon-neutral!
