This is me: equally happy walking in the hills, woods or coast and at home curled up with a book; tending the garden or doing workshops with people; loving conversation and singing, sailing on lakes and the sea or going to the theatre; enjoying forest campsites as well as nice hotels; being spontaneous and at the same time loving regularity. At core, I’m a person with steady ethical standards, am positive, warm, with an open nature and a deep sense of what it means to be alive. To help this, I practise meditation daily and mean to keep learning till the day I go. Add to this blend a lively sense of humour and a wish to have a rich and meaningful life with a light footprint on this planet, and that’s me!
I like all sorts of guys: lively and communicative, quieter and more reflective, practical doers and/or spiritual seekers (in the broadest sense of the word). I’m certainly looking for someone with who is honest, courageous and self aware and it would help if you loved some aspect of nature and the outdoor life, which I suppose you must do if you’re on this site! I'm also attracted to people who have kept themselves fit and well.
A few practical things: I activated my membership in September 2015. I love children and play. I like animals but, alas, am allergic to cats. I’m mostly vegetarian these days. I work as an educational writer and with students. After a period of being single I’d like to meet someone who is looking for a new adventure in this exciting and rich stage of life.
