I am looking for friendship or romance.
I did have a long-term relationship but am now looking for a new companion.
I live on my own with two young cats in my own house.I was a full-time teacher for 22 years and have been working for myself for the past 3 years, also as a teacher. I don't drive and cycle as my transport;luckily able to use nearby canal or park routes to cut out most busy roads.
I love nature and the countryside. I enjoy cycling, walking and swimming in an outdoor pool. I recently returned from a week in Yorkshire, visiting my parents and would ideally prefer to live there but remain where I am due to work committments.
I have a quiet personality but enjoy good conversation and spending time with like-minded people.
I have been vegetarian for many years and live a healthy lifestyle.
