This is a rushed summary to get something down as I've just enrolled and pushed for time ... I am a Karuna and Usui Reiki Master Teacher (though no longer teach), and a holistic massage therapist and have been studying metaphysics for the past 25 years or so. I am a Kriyaban level 2, (Babaji's Kriya Yoga) and graduated from the Hoffman Process in 2000. I am a vegetarian and when I have time am on a raw food diet (which means dehydrating, juicing, and making fresh foods from scratch, nuts, seeds etc).
When younger, I used to drink and smoke, though gave up about 20 years ago; and for heath reasons became a vegetarian in 2008 and then started alkalinising and discovered raw fooding (it's actually really delicious and once you try it, you'll realise your taste buds change and processed foods taste terrible as do sugary drinks etc).
I believe in looking after the mind, body and soul, and learning to love oneself and to learn to leave in harmony with others as best as possible.
I'm interested in a lot of things spiritual, spent the best part of over 20 years going to the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival in London and learnt a lot from attending many workshops; and also studied tantra with my tantra teachers from about 2004. It's an inner discovery of love, light and peace. There's just so much for me to share here, I could write a book about my life's journey.
