Hi there,
I live in beautiful north wales, close to the snowdonia mountain range .
I have four wonderful adult children, the youngest 19 still keeps me on my toes. I also have a cat and a dog, and have had geese, sheep, goats, chickens and ponies in the past !.
I love walking, especially in the hills, or on the headland coast paths , swimming preferably in a lake or sea. I love cooking and sharing meals around a big table or around a fire outside.. I prefer watching the stars than televsion, though will always find time for River Cottage or Grand designs.!.
I have worked in many varied settings, mostly my work has focussed on finding jobs that fitted around children, but I have also loved working in the gardens of a national trust property and then being the relief cook in the same property. I have also made soap and sold it at country fairs. taught the piano and made childrens clothes !!!!. All in the past now however. I have my own email counselling site which generates a small income .
I have had two long term relationships, one with the father of my four children and the other for fourteen years which ended with us both realising we were heading in different directions.!
I enjoy my own company and that of good friends and feel very fortunate to have some great friendships that span many years.
I have a small cottage in bulgaria nearing completion of some renovation works and would love to spend increasing periods of time there as my heart is very connected to the place and the people and I have also met some wonderful english and bulgairian friends .
So thats all for a start, but only briefly touches the surface.
I feel I am looking for a very special relationship, where depth is vitally important , created by openess,honesty and a strong mutual desire to understand each other , especailly outside of the known traditional roles. I want to be with someone who is just as happy sharing the mundane stuff.....cleaning and washing up, as sharing the wonderful long walks , little cafes and journeying through life together.
I will have a look for some photos if anyone would wish to see them and look forward to hearing from anyone who would like to write. Friendship too would be wonderful so am happy to write to men and women who may just want to meet new friends in my area.
