Gentle caring still reasonably active post graduate materials scientist. Built successful international business which I sold a few years ago. although still do occasional consulting for them, which keeps me intellectually challenged.
Helped establish local U3A , leading half day walks and keeping my Arabic going.
Have lived and worked abroad in Africa and Middle East, although now happily settled in lovely old cottage in Kent countryside.I have two beautiful married daughters who have blessed me with four engaging grandchildren.
I am fairly competent in the kitchen, make my own marmalade,jam and occasionally bread, and would happily cook a nice dinner for friends and family. I admit to a love of fine wine, especially red which I buy and lay down in good vintages.
I am interested in my spiritual journey. practice yoga, meditation and Reiki healing. Had the so rewarding experience of giving healing to an injured race horse I part own...amazing privilege to feel that subtle energy connection, which she still remembers when I visit her at the stables.
I have been divorced for some time and would love to meet an affectionate, caring, interesting spiritual woman to share the next stage of life''s journey.
