I am a caring, loving, empathetic, passionate woman.
I enjoy doing a daily yoga and meditation practice which I believe helps to keep my mind, body and spirit all in good shape. I eat a healthy diet, no meat and love the great outdoors.
The things I most enjoy are being close to the sea, swimming in the sea, wandering through forest, smelling the fresh smell of earth after the rain. Sitting under the stars and looking in awe at the universe and marvelling at every living being on this planet.
I have a good sense of humour and love Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther, which is one of my favourites.
I have a wide taste in music and was lucky enough to see Ravi Shankar live at WOMAD here in the UK some years ago.
I have been to India several times and have fallen in love with the country, the people, their spiritual beliefs and temples and am particulalry interested in Buddhism. The experiences were always very humbling.
I went to Brazil for my 50th. I had always wanted to go to the Rio Carnival and enjoyed every second of it. The energy, the music, the people!! I alos stayed at an eco lodge on the edge of the rain forrest, it was such an amazing experience. Riding a horse through the Pantanal, watching eagles flying overhead and caymen (a little too close) in the swamps and a Capybara wandering around with its baby.
I have one daughter that is married.
