Having focused on my children I remained single by choice for some time. I am however, ready to embark on a new adventure with someone sharing the experience!
I no longer have a car, living in a city on a boat I can use my legs and cycle, which is a much nicer way to get around and I prefer not to fly for personal and environmental reasons, but I love to travel and hope to see much more of the British Isles, i love the Scottish Islands and coast and Cornwall and Wales are special to me as well.
I spend as much time outside as I can, gardening, walking, foraging .... I like to grow veg, make preserves, herbal home remedies etc. although I have yet to get this organised on the boat!
I am sociable love music and dancing, my taste is quite eclectic, grrew up on the second wave of punk followed by the hip hop/ reggae/dance free party scene.... still forms backbone of my playlists.......but I listen to lots more!
