Me? active and off all over the place on motorcycle, bike or just walking. I love the natural environment and I am lucky to be able to teach/instruct in the things I enjoy. I appreciate good food and like cooking too, baking every other day. Art galleries, photography and sketching are interests that I try to keep up to date and the occasional visit to a concert keeps my mind busy too- not that it isn''t most of the time!
Quiet things that give me pleasure: Looking at the sea and watching light change on the top of a mountain, getting to see the view from the top of a long climb, good whisky in interesting surroundings and with good company, getting out my paintbox and brushes, reading and listening to music, sitting in a wood and many other things like watching a field of grass sway.
Personality: open, touchy-feely affectionate, honest, solvent,happy with own company but...,loyal and lots to give.
dislikes: loud noises, noisy crowds, big cities, football, litter, stupidity, fools!
Interests include: climbing, caving, mountaineering, cycling (lots of cycle camping),photography,books, DIY, motorcycling, getting in a mess, swimming in the sea, natural history and ecology especially plants, making jam,wine and beer, enjoying the garden by eating outside, growing food and flowers, looking at lovely things,women, geology- the list is extensive
Disinterests; sport on tv-ok a Rugby Cup is great fun!, soaps, TV, politics,fatuous conversations about nothing.
