This is the first time I've joined a site like this so I'm pretty nervous but here goes. Two years ago the laughter went out of my life and I'd like it back please. I'm not looking for romance at least not at the moment but I would like to meet a friend who makes me smile, laugh and shares my interests and passions. Let's see where the road takes us....
I'm an avid animal lover, domesticated or wild I love them all but not slugs, spiders don't scare me! I've been a Vegetarian for 20yrs. I get real pleasure from walking my hounds, love my garden though I don't grow food in it at least not intentionally, reading, history, dancing, all kinds of music but I struggle with jazz. I will go to the cinema on my own if there's a film I really want to see but it just feels wrong not having someone to talk to about it afterwards. I was always a bit of a tomboy and being honest I haven't really outgrown it. So not girly but I am honest, loyal, have a daft sense of humour and I just like the simple things in life. You won't find dyed hair, false nails or eyelashes you will find laughter lines, a twinkle in the eyes and a ready smile.
