I'm a Portuguese South African who's lived in the UK for over 10 years (in addition to tours-of-duty in the UAE and RSA).
I started weaning himself off the corporate teat back in 2014 to follow more naturally inclined aspirations, namely sustainable off-grid living. I'm quite solvent and have never relied on anyone for financial support, neither am I into any kind of drama or games. I can also spot BS a mile away so would prefer to be contacted by individuals who are as real and stable as I am.
I would describe myself as fun but self-disciplined, highly curious and engaged in a range of eclectic subjects, very open-minded and accepting, but rock-solid in my morals and fairly well-travelled and well-read ... while almost every psychometric test I've done has returned a verdict of being highly empathetic and goal orientated. For those who are familiar with the social sciences, I am an ENFJ profile.
The first phases of my game plan began in earnest in March this year and I'm the reconnaisance stage of searching for rural property in Portugal. As the saying goes 'no man is an island' and being a very social person, I understand that any adventure is more fun with a companion. Needless to say, there aren't many sane females in the corporate rat race who have the same aspirations, yet.
It would be great to hear back from someone who is loving, takes care of themselves psychologically and physically and is also in the 'there must be more to this game' adventurous stage of life.
