I am a reflective person and likely my friends regard me as something of a deep thinker. The kindest description I can give to myself is idiosyncratic; my views and attitudes are somewhat unpredictable even to myself on occasion! Recently I joined the LibDems but am not especially politically active.
I recently retired from a professional job working in central London.
I like to imagine that I live by some values including basic decency, personal integrity and loyalty although doubless any achievements lag aspiration by a margin! I attend a Unitarian chapel which is an important part of my life even though I do not believe in God in a conventional sense.
I am quite happy with comparatively simple things in life and not bothered about fancy cars, expensive hotels and fine dining which is not to say I would always turn these things down.
I would not expect to be in a close relationship with any woman whom I did not know and like as a person and likewise the converse.
